12.40.080 Street Improvement Charges - Interlake Drive:
Street improvement charges in Sections 28 and 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., constructed with city funds as part of the Interlake reconstruction project shall be reimbursed by the property owner upon property subdivision or application for a building permit. The reimbursement shall be in addition to other permit fees that are due.
