12.40.070 Street Improvement Charges - Underground Power For Yonezawa Boulevard and Clover Drive:
Underground power charges in Sections 25 and 26, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., constructed with city funds as part of the Yonezawa Boulevard Project shall be reimbursed by the property owner upon property subdivision or upon development. The reimbursement shall be in addition to other permit fees that are due. The per front foot charges shall be assessed against the following properties.

All properties abutting Yonezawa Boulevard, located between Division Street and SR-17 |

All properties abutting Clover Drive, located between Yonezawa Boulevard and SR-17 |
$4.08/front foot |
The per front foot reimbursement rate shall be adjusted upward commencing on June 1, 2003 by the change in the January to January All West Coast Cities CPI-W Index issued in 2003, and shall be so adjusted each June 1, thereafter using the same index. (Ord. 2229, 8/9/05; Ord. 2051, 2/26/02)
