12.40.060 Street Improvement Charges- Signal at Grape Drive and Valley Road:
Street improvement charges in Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., constructed with city funds as part of the Crestview Court Planned Unit Development shall be reimbursed by the property owner upon property subdivision or upon development. The reimbursement shall be in addition to other permit fees that are due. A $0.01445 per square foot charge shall be assessed against the following properties in Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M.:
A. Tract 32, Park Orchard Tracts, including tax parcels.
B. That portion of Tract 33, Park Orchard Tracts lying north of the Burkett Addition.
The square foot reimbursement rate shall be adjusted upward commencing on June 1, 1999 by the change in the January to January All West Cost Cities CPI-W Index issued in 1999 and shall be so adjusted each June 1 thereafter using the same index. (Ord. 2229, 8/9/05; Ord. 1805, 5/26/98)
