The waterways adjacent to the East ½, NW ¼, and West ½, NE ¼ of Section 32 except Lots 1 - 6 of Laguna Point, Pruka Short Plat, Rapozo Short Plat, Lakeshore Addition No. 1, and Lots 1 - 10 of Lakeshore Estates within the jurisdiction of the City of Moses Lake shall be established as a no wake zone and no water craft of any kind whatsoever shall create a wake on those waterways.
