When the City of Moses Lake has affected the control of such noxious weeds or has paid for their control, the actual cost of control, plus damages and other charges incurred by the City of Moses Lake shall be charged to the owner of such property. The costs, damages, and other charges incurred by the city shall be collected in the same manner as other debts owing to the city. (Ord. 2301, 3/27/07; Ord. 1026, 1981)
