Every person, firm, or corporation who shall engage in the business of being a pawnbroker as defined in RCW 19.60.010, or who shall engage in the business of being a secondhand dealer as defined in RCW 19.60.010 within the City, shall first obtain a license to do so. It shall be a violation of this chapter and a separate civil infraction for each day a business is conducted in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2924, 4/23/19; Ord. 1159, 1984)
