Prior to the location, relocation, establishment, or initial occupancy of any manufactured home, the manufactured home owner or authorized representative shall obtain a set up permit from the Building Division of the Municipal Services Department. Application for the permit shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the Building Division. The permit fee shall be established by the Building Division. Each permit issued by the Building Division shall be valid until the manufactured home is moved to another location. (Ord. 2929, 8/13/19; Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1315, 1988)
