The owner and/or authorized operator of the manufactured home park shall be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the manufactured home park and compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2929, 8/13/19; Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1315, 1988)
