18.45.020 Permitted Uses:
This section is included in your selections.
The following are permitted in a C-R Zone:
A. Boat docks less than twenty-five feet (25') in length or two hundred square feet (200') which are attached to the shore.
B. Boat houses
C. Culverts
D. Launching ramps
E. Pumphouses
F. Seawalls
G. Swimming facilities
H. Uses similar to those listed in this section (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 786, 1976)
