The Conservation and Reclamation Zone is intended to establish standards for lands below one thousand fifty feet (1,050') elevation, within the city, including the waters of Moses Lake. The standards are intended to prevent any use or development within the zone which will have any negative effects on the lake quality while encouraging recreational use of the lake, which adds to its usability and attractiveness. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 786, 1976)
