All signage within the BP Zone shall comply with the provisions set forth in MLMC 18.58 and the following provisions:

A. When a site is developed for multiple uses or tenants, a master sign plan shall be required prior to the installation of any signage.

B. Site identification signs. Each site shall be allowed one (1) monument sign per street frontage, subject to the following:

1. Monument signs shall be set back at least five feet (5') from the public right-of-way.

2. Sign height shall not exceed forty-two inches (42") above grade when located within a required setback area, or fifteen feet (15') when located outside of a required setback area.

3. Total sign face area shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet.

4. Monument signs shall be compatible in design and illumination with site and vicinity improvements and landscaping.

C. Business Signs. Each business within a multi-tenant building shall be allowed one facade sign, not to exceed two (2) square feet for each lineal foot of building wall to which the sign is attached, up to a maximum of forty (40) square feet. Each sign shall be designed in a consistent style which blends with the overall architectural theme of the business park as required in MLMC 18.41.070. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03)
