18.41.060 Parking Standards:

Off-street parking for properties located in the BP Zone shall be provided as set forth in MLMC 18.54, except that the Community Development Director may approve cumulative reductions in parking according to the following percentages and performance standards:
A. Ten percent (10%) reduction for business park developments that include features and facilities which serve multi-modal transportation such as bike racks/lockers, employee showers, van pool programs, preferential parking for car pools, etc.
B. Ten percent (10%) reduction for business park developments which provide transit features such as bus pull-outs and transit shelters. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03)
