A plat shall consist of one or multiple sheets that show all of the survey information including information on the adjacent properties, the adjacent right-of-way, vertical datums, bearing datums, Auditor’s Certificate, Surveyor’s Certificate, vicinity maps, covenant records, legends, and tables; followed by the last sheet that contains the legal description, the dedication statement, the approval statements, and acknowledgments. When more than one (1) sheet is used to show the subdivision, the first sheet shall show the entire subdivision, at an approved scale, showing the dimensions, bearings, and curve data for the external boundary of the subdivision, section line information, City limit lines, and survey ties to the primary control points.
