Upon completion of the installation of any such antenna or similar device, notice shall be given to the Building Official, whereupon such installation shall be inspected by the Building Official or an authorized representative. If upon inspection such installation is found to be in violation of any ordinance of the city, the same shall be, within ten days, so altered as to comply with such ordinances or be entirely removed.
