12.40.050 Street Improvement Charges - Wapato Drive:
Street improvement charges in Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., constructed with City funds as part of the Peninsula Estates Phase IV Manufactured Home Park shall be reimbursed by the property owner upon property subdivision or upon development. The reimbursement shall be in addition to other permit fees that are due. A sixty-three dollar ($63) per front foot charge shall be assessed against the following property in Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M.:
A. The northeasterly one hundred feet (100') of Tract 64, Plat of Battery Orchard Tracts fronting on Wapato Drive.
The per front foot reimbursement rate shall be adjusted upward commencing on June 1, 1999 by the change in the January to January All West Cost Cities CPI-W Index issued in 1999, and shall be so adjusted each June 1 thereafter using the same index. (Ord. 2229, 8/9/05; Ord. 1786, 11/25/97)
