Upon the request of developers who have installed municipal street improvements, or upon the city’s own initiative as allowed in Section 12.40.020 of this chapter, the Municipal Services Director shall establish assessment reimbursement areas that are based upon properties and parcels that are adjacent to the municipal street improvements.

The assessment reimbursement area shall be presented to the City Council prior to notifying affected property owners. (Ord. 2229, 8/9/05; Ord. 1218, 1986)
