The possession or maintenance of an exotic animal within the City of Moses Lake by private citizens as pets is prohibited unless the owner possessed or maintained the exotic animal on or before January 1, 2014, and agrees to promptly act to satisfy the licensing requirements of this title and such rules and regulations as the City Manager/Community Services Officer may adopt regarding the maintenance of the animals.
