A. Each taxicab company and self-employed taxi driver will be required to also obtain a business license as set forth in Chapter 5.04 in addition to the licenses required under this chapter.

B. The taxi licenses required by this chapter shall expire on the thirty-first day of December of each year and no reduction in the fee for such licenses shall be made for any partial year. No license shall be transferable and licenses are nonrefundable. All licenses will be renewed through the Finance Director with the payment of the yearly fees.
