5.40.080 Issuance of Taxi Driver’s License:
This section is included in your selections.
Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the requirements of Sections 5.40.030 through 5.40.070 there shall be issued to the applicant a license which shall be in such form as to contain the photograph and signature of the licensee. Taxi drivers’ licenses shall be issued for the calendar year. (Ord. 2924, 4/23/19; Ord. 993, 1980)
