No taxicab shall be licensed unless the same is in a safe condition for use as such, nor until satisfactory evidence is furnished that RCW 46.72.020 and 46.72.040 or 46.72.050 as now or hereafter amended have been complied with. Failure to comply with the RCW sections listed in this section shall be grounds for cancellation of the license. (Ord. 2924, 4/23/19; Ord. 993, 1980)
