Any violation of ordinances of the City, laws of the state, or laws of the United States by a licensee under this chapter shall constitute good cause for revocation of the license and demand upon the bond filed with the City. Forfeiture of bond and revocation of the license shall be effective upon written notice by the licensee. The notice shall specify the violation which precipitated the forfeiture and revocation. The licensee shall have the right to appeal at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting. (Ord. 2924, 4/23/19; Ord. 827, 1977)
