A. The City of Moses Lake established the Accident Insurance Fund with budget Ordinance 1211 and changed the name to Self-Insurance Fund with Resolution 1490.
B. It is desired to further establish and define the operations of the Self-Insurance Fund. (Ord. 1500, 1991)
