Pursuant to and consistent with the requirements of RCW 82.02.060, the City’s Capital Facilities Plan has provided adjustments for past and future taxes paid or to be paid by the new development which are earmarked or pro-ratable to the same new system improvements that will serve the new development. The Citywide fee schedule is reasonably adjusted each year for taxes and other revenue sources that are anticipated to be available to fund system improvements. (Ord. 3037, 10/24/23)
