The City Manager or designee will periodically review the Ambulance Service Utility’s revenues, expenses, indebtedness and fees. Based upon this review, the City Manager or designee will recommend appropriate utility fee changes to the City Council. (Ord. 2513, 8/25/09; Ord. 2280, 12/12/06)
