19.03.150 Frequently Flooded Areas:
This section is included in your selections.
A. General. Areas which are prone to flooding and are identified in a report conducted for the city by the Federal Emergency Management Administration dated January 5, 1989 and are identified on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps shall be subject to the requirements of this section.
B. Development Standards. All development within flood hazard areas shall be subject to the requirements of the city municipal code, Chapter 18.53 - Flood Hazard Areas. (Ord. 2134, 11/11/03; Ord. 1532, 1992)
