A. When taking any action on appeal, the City Council shall make and enter findings of fact from the record and conclusions therefrom which support its action. The City Council may adopt all or portions of the Hearing Examiner’s findings and conclusions.

B. The action of the City Council approving, modifying, or rejecting a decision of the Hearing Examiner, shall be final and conclusive, unless appealed as provided in Chapter 20.11. (Ord. 2469, 5/12/09; Ord. 2318, 3/27/07; Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1427, 1990)
