18.80.120 Public Hearing:
This section is included in your selections.
Before rendering a decision or recommendation on any application, the Hearing Examiner shall hold at least one (1) open record public hearing thereon.
A. Notice of the time and place of the public hearing shall be given as provided in Chapter 20.07.
B. The Hearing Examiner shall have the power to prescribe rules and regulations for the conduct of hearings under this chapter and also to administer oaths and preserve order. (Ord. 2469, 5/12/09; Ord. 2318, 3/27/07; Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1427, 1990)
