18.80.050 Hearing Examiner Pro-Tem Qualifications and Duties:

The Hearing Examiner Pro-Tem shall, in the event of the absence or the inability of the Hearing Examiner to act, have all the duties and powers of the Hearing Examiner. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03; Ord. 1427, 1990)
