Any proposed change or addition to any facility shall require the issuance of a new Personal Wireless Services Facility permit, pursuant to the requirements of this chapter. This provision shall not apply to routine maintenance of a facility, nor to the replacement of any portion of the facility with identical equipment. (Ord. 2144, 12/9/03)
