18.65.180 Structures over Public Easements or Right-of-Way:
This section is included in your selections.
No building or structure shall be placed or constructed over a public utility or municipal easement or over dedicated right-of-way, except that fences may be placed over a public utility or municipal easement subject to permission from the City of Moses Lake.
