Manufactured home parks are permitted in the R-2, Single-Family and Two (2) Family Residential, Zone and the R-3, Multi-Family Residential, Zone as a conditional use subject to review and approval of the Hearing Examiner and in compliance with the standards and requirements of this chapter and the standards of the underlying zone.
