Upon issuance of an endorsement, the City shall provide notice to property owners within two hundred feet (200') of the subject property (or outline of property that is held in common), advising that an endorsement for a vacation rental dwelling has been issued. Such notice shall include the address of the dwelling unit that received the endorsement, a location where additional information can be obtained about the nature of the endorsement, and the name, phone number, mailing address, and email address (if available) of the owner or designated contact.
