The following specific and generally described uses shall be permitted in the Public Zone as a conditional use subject to the approval of the Hearing Examiner in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 18.51 entitled “Conditional and Unmentioned Uses.”

Dwelling units for a resident watchman, custodian, or attendant as an appurtenant use to the primary use of the following categories:

A. Employee of a municipality.

B. Employee of a state, county, or federal government.
