18.10.075 Critical Areas:
This section is included in your selections.
The City of Moses Lake’s critical areas ordinances must be met where applicable. These ordinances include:
A. Chapter 18.53, Flood Hazard Areas.
B. Chapter 19.03, Classification and Designation of Resource Lands and Critical Areas and Regulations for the Conservation and Protection of Resource Lands and Critical Areas.
