Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is deemed to have committed a civil infraction as provided in Chapter 1.08 of this code. Violation of this chapter by any licensed contractor in the structure moving business shall be sufficient grounds for the revocation of such license by the Building Official. The Building Official shall provide, within three business days, written notice to the licensee specifying the violation. The licensee shall have the right to appeal the revocation to the City Council within ten days of notice to the licensee. Notice of appeal is to be filed with the Building Official within the specified period. (Ord. 1656, 1994; Ord. 831, 1977)
