Address numbers shall be installed on all buildings in the City. Building permits shall not be issued for any house, building, or structure until the owner has procured the official address number of the premises from the Municipal Services Director. The Building Official shall withhold final approval of all structures that are erected, repaired, altered, or modified until permanent and proper numbers have been affixed to the structure.
