Any decision by the Community Development Director or his or her designee resulting in the denial of a sidewalk use license application or the revocation of a sidewalk use license issued under this chapter may be appealed to the City Council by filing a notice of review with the Finance Director within ten (10) calendar days from the date the notification of the denial or revocation is sent by certified mail.
