The Paver District is defined as the following area: Commencing at the north edge of Broadway Avenue and the centerline of Cedar Avenue, thence northeasterly along the north edge of Broadway Avenue to the centerline of Alder Street, thence southeasterly along the centerline of Alder Street to the centerline of Fourth Avenue, thence southwesterly along the centerline of Fourth Avenue to the centerline of Beech Street, thence northwesterly along the centerline of Beech Street to the south edge of Third Avenue, thence southwesterly along the south edge of Third Avenue to the centerline of Cedar Street, thence along the centerline of Cedar Street to the point of beginning.
