In order to provide for a uniform standard for all work performed by the City or on their behalf, the City adopts by reference all terms and conditions of the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction, “Standard Specifications,” and with the modifications, additions, and exceptions included in the City of Moses Lake’s Community Street and Utility Standards. Copies of both the Standard Specifications and the Community Street and Utility Standards are available for review at the engineering counter at City Hall. All contracts and agreements hereinafter entered into by the City or upon the City’s behalf shall be in compliance with the Standard Specifications, and with the modifications, additions, and exceptions included in the City of Moses Lake’s Community Street and Utility Standards unless additions or deletions are approved by the City in writing.
