A temporary deviation from the requirements of Title 12 that allows a specific requirement to be completed at a later date. Deferrals do not alter the requirement, they merely allow the requirement to be completed at a more convenient time for the city or for the person who requests the deferral. (Ord. 2219, 8/9/05)
