It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an unauthorized motor vehicle or motorized bicycle, including but not limited to, automobiles, pickup trucks, motorcycles, dirt bikes, off-road vehicles, and motorized bicycles of any type on the runways and taxiways of the Moses Lake Municipal Airport.
