Swimming from city owned docks intended for boat moorage or within any boat launching area owned by the city or from any other real or personal property or facilities owned by the city which is properly posted by the City Manager or his designee is prohibited. The sign posting an area where swimming is prohibited shall read similarly but not necessarily identically to the following:

Swimming prohibited - Moses Lake Municipal Code 8.40 - Violators will be prosecuted.
