A. An identification card issued by the Finance Director shall contain a recent photograph of the applicant, the date of issue, the applicant’s signature, a statement that the card is valid for two years from the date of issue and such other information as the Finance Director may in his discretion require. All identification cards shall be consecutively numbered.

B. It shall be a misdemeanor for the applicant willfully to fail to return an identification card to the issuing agency or business upon termination of his employment with an alarm business. It shall be a misdemeanor for the alarm business to fail to return to the Finance Director an identification card issued by the Finance Director upon termination of the employment of the alarm agent.
