8.22.030 Violation Declared a Nuisance:

Additionally, a public nuisance is declared to exist where there are any noxious weeds growing upon any lot, place, or area within the City of Moses Lake. Allowing a public nuisance is a violation of the Moses Lake Municipal Code and punishable as provided for in 1.08.010. (Ord. 1026, 1981)
