This chapter is intended to supplement the weed control provisions contained in the International Fire Code as administered by the Fire Department. This chapter is not intended and shall not impair the administration of the International Fire Code as it relates to weed control. The Fire Department shall continue to administer the International Fire Code as it pertains to weeds and fire hazards. (Ord. 2300, 3/27/07; Ord. 1056, 1982)
