The City of Moses Lake will jointly participate in a Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan to be coordinated by Grant County in order to support and enhance regional solid waste management. The city does not abrogate any of its powers to regulate levels and types of services provided within the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake. Approval by the City Council shall be required before the Grant County Regional Plan, together with amendments and supporting documents, will have any force and effect within the City of Moses Lake. Implementing ordinances and regulations shall be passed by the City of Moses Lake pursuant to RCW 70.95.160. (Ord. 1415, 1990)
