The Community Services Officer, or any other officer authorized by the City Manager, may make routine periodic inspections of a licensee’s premises and records in order to determine the number, kind, weight and condition of exotic animals possessed by the licensee, and for purposes of enforcing this chapter and the rules and regulations herein.
