The City Council of the City of Moses Lake, Washington, with its duty to safeguard the safety of the citizens of the City of Moses Lake, finds and declares that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Moses Lake that the following ordinance codified by this chapter requiring the licensing and regulation of taxicabs and taxicab drivers be enacted.
