A. When the Police Chief or member of the Administration Department determines that a violation of this chapter exists, he or she may proceed against the violator using the procedures provided for in Chapter 1.20.

B. Appeals. Any enforcement taken by the Police Chief or the Finance Director shall be appealable as provided for in Chapter 1.20, with the informal administrative appeal authorized by Section 1.20.120 to the Finance Director.
