No carnival, circus or road show shall be conducted between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day, nor between midnight on Saturday and 12:00 noon on Sunday. Further, no circus or carnival shall be located within a radius of two hundred feet (200') from any church without that church’s permission. (Ord. 2924, 4/23/19)
